Pizza Assembly
Roll out pizza dough and place on floured pizza pan. (Try my Perfect Pizza Dough)
Spread beer cheese all over dough as the pizza base. Try my recipe here.
Add the mac n cheese to the crust and sprinkle with garlic salt. Follow with the shredded colby jack, then the ground beef mixture and optional bacon.
To Cook
Option 1: My favorite option. Prep/Turn on a smoker to 450° and smoke the pizza for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and starting to brown, and the crust is crisp and golden.
Option 2: Bake in a preheated oven at 450° for 10-15 minutes until cooked to the specifications in option 1. (my oven's sweet spot seems to be around 12 minutes).
Once cooked, add any of the optional toppings you desire. Slice and enjoy!
